Roles and responsibilities:
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process, including job posting, candidate screening and conducting interviews;
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires;
- Promote a harmonious, positive and inclusive work environment to build on employee engagement;
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions;
- Provide assistance in disciplinary and grievance management, in line with company practices and local legislation;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on both Human Capital Information Systems and physical files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
- Assist with time and attendance maintenance, payroll and ad-hoc Human Capital projects;
- Assist in compilation, production and submission of reports on general Human Capital activity;
- Assist in creating and maintaining a learning and performance-driven culture;
- Assist in establishing learning and development needs and implementing defined learning strategies in the outlets to enhance the learning culture
- Ensure that the offboarding process is carried out seamlessly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources OR any other equivalent qualification
- 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Conversant with MS Office package
- Good understanding of the local FMCG sector or Retail business can be an advantage
- Holder of a valid driving licence

- Sound knowledge of Human Capital administration

- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail and results-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with highly confidential information with absolute discretion
- Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
