Main Objectiv:

Perform machining operations on conventional machines (lathe and milling machine) to produce parts that meet technical specifications, while ensuring adherence to deadlines and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Machine Preparation and Setup:
• Read and analyze technical drawings and specifications to understand production requirements.
• Select cutting tools, machine parameters, and raw materials based on part specifications.
• Install and adjust cutting tools on the machines (lathe or milling machine).
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality of parts.
2. Machining Operations:
• Start machining cycles for turning or milling operations.
• Monitor the machine's performance during machining to prevent any malfunctions.
• Inspect the conformity of produced parts using measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
• Adjust machine parameters based on inspections to maintain quality.
3. First-Level Maintenance:
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines (greasing, cleaning, tool replacement, etc.).
• Report breakdowns or anomalies.
4. Compliance with Quality and Safety Standards:
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures to guarantee part conformity.
• Follow safety and hygiene regulations in the machining environment.
• Complete production and quality tracking documents.
5. Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in actions to improve machining processes to optimize productivity and quality.
• Propose solutions to reduce costs or enhance machine performance.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with conventional machines (lathe and milling machine).

Education and Experience:
