Following its re-opening, Preskil Island Resort wishes to build a passion-driven team who will exceeds guest expectations.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and innovative Restaurant Manager to consolidate our team of committed Artists and if you consider that you share these values, submit your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure development and motivation of the team
  • Ensure that discipline prevails within the team
  • Communicates any disciplinary issues to Superior / HR Manager
  • Ensure smooth and satisfactory hand-over between shifts
  • Coordinate & supervise activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guests
  • Establish and maintain effective employee relations
  • Ensure that high level of quality services are delivered to guests
  • Ensure that guests' complaints are attended with consistency, commitment and rapidity
  • Monitor number of guests to ensure proper table set up
  • Inspect set ups, including service station and ensure that guests’ requests are properly followed
  • Assist superior to ensure a proper manning during shifts
  • Assist superior in managing the budget efficiently and effectively

Profile:

  • NC4 / Diploma inTourism Management or any relevant qualification with specialization in F&B from a recognized institution
  • At least 3 years' experience in F&B operation as Assistant Outlet Manager 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Attention to details 
  • Pro-active
