The SME Business Development Executive will be the driving force behind Cim Finances SME solutions, providing tailored financial support to both corporate and SME clients in your area.
Responsibility:
- Proactively expand the SME portfolio by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, helping them choose products that align with their business goals.
- Increase portfolio profitability through strategic sales initiatives, product promotions, and customer engagement.
- Gain deep knowledge of the local SME landscape, understanding industry nuances and the regulatory environment.
- Collaborate closely with the SME Manager and Head of SME to shape effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for swift approval of sales files, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at corporate events, representing our products and values.
- Participate actively in industry events, fairs, workshops, and webinars to promote our offerings.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher School Certificate
- Ambitious, energetic, and driven by results.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to engage effectively with leaders across diverse industries.
- Understanding of the local market and emerging business trends.
- Proficient in interpreting financial data.
- At least 2 years of experience preferably in a sales role
- Valid driver’s license.
