An international IT firm committed to driving digital transformation through innovative solutions and high-performance technologies is currently seeking 'Senior Java Developers' to join their team of passionate technologists.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tasks ranging from simple to complex within project timelines.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with strong testing coverage.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables including code, documentation, and release notes.
  • Follow and apply industry-standard methods, tools, and development processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Actively contribute to peer code reviews.
  • Participate in sprint planning and backlog estimation.
  • Engage with our Technology Expertise Center, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies through continuous learning.
Technical Leadership
  • As a technical referent on your projects, you will:
  • Collaborate with the project architect to mentor and coach team members.
  • Support new joiners by providing functional and technical onboarding.
  • Serve as the go-to technical reference for your team.
  • Communicate key technical metrics (KPIs) to the project manager.
  • Ensure code quality through detailed reviews and alignment with best practices.
  • Lead internal training or coaching sessions within the Technology Expertise Center.
Your Skills & Expertise
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot (Java 11+ minimum)
  • Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, particularly in API design and development
  • Strong experience with JPA and RESTful services
  • Familiarity with API security, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
  • A solid grasp of software design patterns and object-oriented programming
  • Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Bitbucket/GitLab
  • Experience with unit and integration testing
  • A solid background in agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience with Angular, especially recent versions
