An international IT firm committed to driving digital transformation through innovative solutions and high-performance technologies is currently seeking 'Senior Java Developers' to join their team of passionate technologists.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tasks ranging from simple to complex within project timelines.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with strong testing coverage.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables including code, documentation, and release notes.
- Follow and apply industry-standard methods, tools, and development processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Actively contribute to peer code reviews.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog estimation.
- Engage with our Technology Expertise Center, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies through continuous learning.
Technical Leadership
- As a technical referent on your projects, you will:
- Collaborate with the project architect to mentor and coach team members.
- Support new joiners by providing functional and technical onboarding.
- Serve as the go-to technical reference for your team.
- Communicate key technical metrics (KPIs) to the project manager.
- Ensure code quality through detailed reviews and alignment with best practices.
- Lead internal training or coaching sessions within the Technology Expertise Center.
Your Skills & Expertise
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot (Java 11+ minimum)
- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, particularly in API design and development
- Strong experience with JPA and RESTful services
- Familiarity with API security, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- A solid grasp of software design patterns and object-oriented programming
- Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Bitbucket/GitLab
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- A solid background in agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience with Angular, especially recent versions
