As we expand, we’re looking for a professional and proactive Reservation Officer to be the first point of contact for our guests and help us deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information to customers across all service areas (F&B, activities, group events)

• Handle phone, email, and online booking inquiries promptly and professionally

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences

• Maintain accurate booking records and availability reports

• Upsell services and promote special packages to maximize revenue

• Resolve guest issues or complaints courteously and effectively

What We’re Looking For

•  Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service
•  Strong communication and organizational skills
•  Ability to multitask in a high-paced, guest-facing environment
•  Familiar with booking systems and MS Office
•  A reliable, detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure
•  Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
