Document Handling: Preparing, filing, and retrieving documents, reports, and records as needed.

Customer Service: Greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and providing general support to clients and staff.

Data Entry: Maintaining databases and ensuring accurate input of information.

 

💼 Accounting Responsibilities

In addition to administrative duties, the role encompasses various accounting tasks:

Financial Record Keeping: Recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring all financial data is up-to-date.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing outstanding accounts.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements to ensure consistency with financial records.

Payroll Assistance: Supporting the preparation and distribution of employee salaries and related documentation.

Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
