Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
He/She will assist in ensuring consistent brand messaging, marketing campaigns, managing marketing collateral, and delivering engaging content across multiple channels. This is a hands-on, varied role that offers the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of marketing and brand strategies
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communication campaigns
- Manage marketing collateral and ensure materials are regularly updated and aligned with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support campaign activity
- Assist in content creation for digital channels, including email, social media, and website updates
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Provide general marketing support and handle ad hoc marketing tasks as needed
About You:
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry
- Degree in Marketing (or equivalent) or relevant experience in Marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and channels (digital, print, events, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and CMS/CRM systems is a plus
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn
- Valid Driver’s license is advantageous
