We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Parts and Warehouse Advisor to join our team. The role involves managing sales over the counter, processing parts orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure proper follow up and gives high service to clients
• Achieving the parts sales target as per appointed portfolio of customers
• Promote and Prospect sales of Spare Parts & Accessories
• Assist in the marketing activities
• Assist in the achievement and delivery of high level of customer service standards
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and safety standards
• Ensure highest customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper maintenance of the QMS with the ISO Standard

REQUIREMENTS

• HSC Certificate 
• Technical certificates in automobile mechanic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools
• Working experience of 1-3 year in same position and equivalent position.
