Are you a dynamic Business Developer? Join our sales team at HAR!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential growth areas.
  • Analyse product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities of key competitors.
  • Assist in gathering and interpreting customer feedback and purchasing behaviours to inform business strategy.
  • Support product mapping and gap analysis to recommend new product introductions or improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, identify potential partnerships, and explore expansion avenues.
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards using Excel to present research findings and actionable insights.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support business growth objectives.

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience as a business developer, sales executive, or in a similar role in business development. Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Fluency in English and French.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving license is a must.
