We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery, conveyors, mixers, and packaging equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Work closely with production teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
✅ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
✅ Experience with welding, fabrication, or PLC systems (desirable).
✅ Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or call-outs.
