We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for the position of Operator/CSR (Customer Service Representative). The role involves operating various systems, handling customer inquiries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Purpose of the Job

 

  • Monitoring of Networks/Systems
  • ATM Monitoring
  • Process Interchange Files for the Bank (Visa, MasterCard, UPI)
  • Process Payment, Maintenance, New Card Application & Replacement files for selective banks
  • Run processes on ad hoc basis following internal/external requests
  • Process End of Day financial files
  • Reports verifications for selective Banks
  • Generate Statement Files (Issuer and Acquirer)
  • Perform Backup processes
  • Escalate issues promptly to Supervisors
  • Provide first level assistance for the bank
  • Call handling for the bank – 1st level of assistance.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Respond within time limits to customer complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Monitor Suspicious Transaction
  • Perform other IT-related tasks within the team
  • Work on a 24/7 Shift System
  • Hybrid Work Model (Office + Remote Work Possibilities after probation period)
Skill(s) required
  • Minimum: HSC or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year working experience in the relevant field
  • Pay attention to details and accuracy
  • Must have a can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
  • Active listening and strong communication skills
  • Well-organized, reliable, and professional with great work ethics
  • Customer-centric and results-driven approach
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in both French & English
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Strong foundation with IT equipment
