We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for the position of Operator/CSR (Customer Service Representative). The role involves operating various systems, handling customer inquiries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Purpose of the Job
- Monitoring of Networks/Systems
- ATM Monitoring
- Process Interchange Files for the Bank (Visa, MasterCard, UPI)
- Process Payment, Maintenance, New Card Application & Replacement files for selective banks
- Run processes on ad hoc basis following internal/external requests
- Process End of Day financial files
- Reports verifications for selective Banks
- Generate Statement Files (Issuer and Acquirer)
- Perform Backup processes
- Escalate issues promptly to Supervisors
- Provide first level assistance for the bank
- Call handling for the bank – 1st level of assistance.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Respond within time limits to customer complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Monitor Suspicious Transaction
- Perform other IT-related tasks within the team
- Work on a 24/7 Shift System
- Hybrid Work Model (Office + Remote Work Possibilities after probation period)
Skill(s) required
- Minimum: HSC or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year working experience in the relevant field
- Pay attention to details and accuracy
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
- Active listening and strong communication skills
- Well-organized, reliable, and professional with great work ethics
- Customer-centric and results-driven approach
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluency in both French & English
- Strong problem-solving skills
