Job Responsibilities:

1. Request quotes from suppliers
2. Prepare Purchase Order
3. Seek approval for purchase from Managing Director/ Operations Director
4. Confirm Order from supplier
5. Do Follow-up of order with Supplier
6. research and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliability.
7. Track inventory levels and ensure the timely replenishment of stock.
8. Perform regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize losses or shrinkage.
9. Manage the documentation and compliance of import and export shipments, including customs forms, shipping invoices, and other regulatory requirements.
10. Work with international freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping and delivery of goods
11. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of purchasing, stock levels, and shipping transactions.
