We’re Hiring: Insolvency Advisors (Statutory & Financial Areas)
Your Role
Statutory Area (Creditor Services, Supervision & Closures)
As an Insolvency Advisor in the Creditor Services Team, you’ll:
- Handle and resolve creditor queries via email and phone.
- Review, process, and ensure accuracy of creditor claims and payments.
- Investigate discrepancies in financial transactions and resolve disputes.
- Maintain clear records of communications and financial updates on the system.
As an Insolvency Advisor in the Supervision Team, you’ll:
- Ensure timely communication of annual reports to clients and creditors.
- Advise on any changes within debt arrangements.
- Manage restrictions on clients' properties within the arrangement.
- Professionally handle queries via email and phone.
As an Insolvency Advisor in the Closures Team, you’ll:
- Ensure all checks and requirements are met before closing cases.
- Calculate and process final dividend payments, settlements, and outstanding tasks.
- Communicate with clients and creditors to ensure smooth case closures.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on system.
Financial Area (Asset Reviews, Financial Reviews & Variations)
As an Insolvency Advisor in this area, you’ll:
- Assist individuals in financial distress by reviewing their financial situations.
- Guide them on their financial options and help adjust payment plans.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage financial commitments.
- Ensure all necessary steps are completed and records are updated on time.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals with:
- A Higher School Certificate (HSC).
- A Diploma or Degree in Management, Finance, Law, or Business is a plus!
- Experience in Financial services, debt recovery, or customer-facing roles preferred (but not mandatory).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) are essential.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Normal Shift)
- Late Shift (after confirmation): 11:00am - 7:30pm or 12:00pm - 8:30pm (dependant on role)
