Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna is for looking for a Site Storekeeper who will ensure continuous availability of materials on site and reports on any discrepancies . The latter ensures that materials are issued smoothly.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Report on any discrepancies noted with respect to materials/tools/equipment on site immediately upon same being noticed.
• Inspect the construction site and ensure that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape.
• Issue materials as per the indent for different works.
• Maintain an easily identifiable Document Control system both electronically and in files, applying the Nomenclature Procedure.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualification & Experience:

• Holder of a School Certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

• Proficiency in stock control, including continuous stock availability and stock reports through data entry skills.
• Good knowledge in spare parts/contracting field.
• Proper organisational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
