We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of security unit operations
  • Attend meeting pertaining to security with regulatory institutions
  • Responsible for the processing, issuance and follow of ASIC Pass for required staffs
  • Ensure all staffs have their updated certificate of character at any time
  • Implement appropriate safety and security measures in line with regulatory standards and measures and as determined by clients
  • Regular audit and assessment of overall security system of the business, identify gaps and make recommendations to bridge identified gaps
  • Initiate and implement security awareness and safety consciousness training and culture strategies and communicate same using the appropriate channel
  • Determine the adequacy and effectiveness of the security programme through the establishment of security policy, standard operating procedures, and the conduct of inspections, audits, surveys and tests
  • Coordinate external security personnel performance
  • Supporting security audits and subsequent enforcement of follow-up action plan.
  • Ensure all safety, security search, and protocol are implemented in compliance with stipulated regulatory standards
  • Immediate flagging of safety and security protocol breaches by both internal and external parties and taking appropriate action
  • Safekeeping of keys including vehicle keys, office keys, access door keys, store keys, and keys to other sensitive areas in the premises are accounted for
  • Ensure all security personnel (outsourced and internal) receive instruction on security procedures in their working areas
  • Monitoring the movement of the seal from issuing point and ensuring proper documentation is maintained
  • Regular audit and assessment of overall security system of the business, identify gaps and make recommendations to bridge identified gaps

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous proven experience in security, preferably in hospitality, food or aviation industry
  • Able to work on a shift/roster system
  • Flexible to work odd hours
  • A high sense of confidentiality and professionalism
  • A Clean and Updated Certificate of Character is a must
  • Good Communicator
  • Possess a driving licence
