The Costing Officer is responsible to plan, study and collect data to determine costs of business activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Costing of imported vehicles and spare parts
• Processing in INCADEA (accounting of suppliers’ invoices, provision and freight forwarders)
• Assisting in end of month closure including stock recon of imported vehicle (Bond MRA vs INCADEA)
• Performing administrative work (import & clearing documentation, marine insurance, bank guarantee etc.)
• Liaise with both internal clients & external clients (suppliers/MRA/freight forwarders)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, project planning, management and implementation.
• Excellent written & oral skills
• Minimum HSC and/or other studies in Accounting
