RESPONSIBILITIES
To carry out wheel alignment on vehicles or any other related repairs related vehicle geometry on customers’ vehicles

Delivers high level of customer service standards

Ensuring that customers’ requests and complaints for repairs/ maintenance are effectively attended

Performing road test with foreman/ client to confirm that problem have been resolved

Ability to decide if vehicle requires wheel alignment intervention after basic visual suspension checks

EXPERIENCE
1 - 3 years working experience in a similar position
QUALIFICATIONS
SC

Technical Certificate in Motor Vehicle

NTC 1, BEP, City & Guilds Part 3

Knowledge about vehicles and spare parts would be an advantage

Valid Driving Licence
