We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented, and fluent German-speaking Guest Relation Officer to join our team. You will be the face of the resort for our German-speaking guests, ensuring a warm welcome, personalized service, and a memorable experience throughout their stay.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out.
Provide personalized service and support, particularly to German-speaking guests.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
Assist in gathering guest feedback and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
Build positive relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and return visits.
Qualifications:
Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Previous experience in a similar guest-facing role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
