Beau Vallon Hospitality is looking for an IT Supervisor to assist the IT Manager in the daily operation of the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

As an IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring hotels’ data security and access control adhere to established standards and best practices.
• Conducting and communicating regular self-evaluations of IT practices.
• Identifying, assessing, and implementing suitable local IT solutions.
• Managing local implementation projects, including application and hardware upgrades, as well as testing.
• Upholding and maintaining brand standards for IT services related to guest and business operations.
• Keeping department SOPs updated with hard copies readily available.
• Effectively communicating new or revised procedures to colleagues, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Managing department documentation and records in compliance with the company Document Control standards.
• Assist the IT Manager in the IT Audits and other departmental audits as and when required
• Addressing guest IT inquiries efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Gathering and analyzing accurate information to resolve IT issues.
• Seeking innovative solutions while optimizing time and resources.
• Completing assigned tasks within set deadlines as set by the IT Manager and Senior Management.
