As a Operations Supervisor, He/she must manage the day to day Pool activities in terms of planning of staffing in consultation with Team Leaders, supervision of swimming pool treatment and pool water testing at client’s premises

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the full range of swimming pool maintenance activities.
• Carry out maintenance and safety inspections of pool equipment(s).
• Respect all health and safety protocols including prior risk assessment procedures prior to repairs and delivery. 
• Independently organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up on assignments given by the Head of Department.
• Maintain detailed reports on work performed and submit to management on a weekly basis together with recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• 3-5 years of proven track record.
• A team player with good communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and coordinating skills.
• A valid driving license (Manual).
• Not allergic to chemicals.
• Ability to swim.
