RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain insight into the Fixed Network industry environment and market, understand customers' strategies and pain points, identify opportunities and risks, promote the development of the fixed network industry, align with high-value customers' strategies, and drive customers to continuously invest in the Fixed Network industry to expand the market space of the Fixed Network industry. 

• Master professional business and technical capabilities of Fixed Network products/solutions, create value for customers, help customers achieve business success, strengthen customers' confidence in the industry and cooperation with Huawei, build customer loyalty, and support sustainable growth.

• Understand customers' business pain points/requirements, develop the GTM strategy for each customer, and provide customers with scenario-based solutions to build bidirectional solution competitiveness.

• Build an advantageous market share and achieve market, order, and profit targets.

• Plan the profit map and organize the implementation. Standardize the operation of key projects and design profit-making solutions. Participate in commercial decision-making with high quality and continuously contribute to profits.

•  Collaborate with HQ, regions, and representative offices and apply digital marketing tools and collaboration processes to achieve high-quality and efficient Fixed Network solution sales.

Requirements and Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,  Management or related field.
• Knowledge in DWDM, GPON, IP,  Security etc.
• Knowledge in Carrier Network, such as Transmission Network, FTTH Network, IP RAN, IP Core etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic Thinking.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
• Ability to execute.
