Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
- Book monthly journal entries.
- Prepare VAT,TDS,CTX returns and submit to MRA.
- Maintain balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare budgets & forecasts.
- Process invoices.
- Respond to queries from auditors.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Higher School Certificate with Accounting.
- ACCA Level 1.
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar position.
- Well -versed with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Able to prioritize and work on own initiative.
- Strong team player.
- Should be proactive, creative, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
- Quality and detailed oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, odd hours and meet monthly deadlines.
