Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: They perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, and electrical devices. 
• Troubleshooting: They identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to ensure systems are functioning correctly. 
• Safety: They ensure the operational safety of all electrical and mechanical equipment and systems. 
• Equipment Inspection: They inspect equipment and systems to identify hazards and defects, taking corrective or preventive actions. 
• Support renovations and modernization.
• Electrical Systems: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical wiring, panels, and equipment. 
• Mechanical Systems: Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment. 
• Kitchen Equipment: Repairing and maintaining kitchen appliances and equipment. 
• Laundry Equipment: Maintaining and repairing laundry machines and equipment. 
• Reporting: Documenting repairs, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered. 
• Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures. 

Required Skills and Qualifications;

• Technical Knowledge: Diploma in electrical and mechanical principles. 
• 5 years of proven work experience
