At IQ-EQ, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Lead to take charge of our marketing efforts across the Debt, Capital Markets, and Corporate segments. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape our brand, influence growth, and deliver commercial success on a global scale.
As the go-to expert for this segment, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that spans digital marketing, communications, events, PR, and more. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you’ll ensure end-to-end marketing needs are met, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver best in class campaigns designed to build the IQ-EQ brand and deliver tangible commercial results across the Debt, Capital Markets and Corporate segment
- Working in collaboration with the relevant SME ensure that the end-to-end marketing needs of the segment is supported across all areas – marketing, communications, events, PR, and digital marketing
- Develop and successfully execute a global strategy, including a comprehensive marketing plan aligned to the local market
- Act as the Debt, Capital Markets and Corporate marketing “go-to” point of contact to support the delivery of growth targets
- Track, measure and analyse our marketing efforts and adapt accordingly to ensure maximum return on investment
- Work with internal stakeholders to generate new opportunities to support the growth and execute to plan
- Work closely with the communications team and external PR agency to secure and grow our online and offline coverage and brand awareness through expert thought leadership content
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the commercial team and provide marketing expertise as needed to support the Group’s growth targets
Qualifications
Requirements
- Specific industry knowledge and experience preferred
- Third level degree in marketing, digital marketing or business studies
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing best in class global marketing and communications campaigns as part of a busy in-house team
- A strategic thinker with demonstrable competencies in brand management, integrated campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, event management and stakeholder relationship management
- Strong understanding of the Debt, Capital Markets and Corporate segment a distinctive advantage
- A self-starter master juggler able to adeptly manage multiple priorities across all areas of a busy marketing team
- An innovator with strong creative leanings
- Proven strong communication, writing and editing skills
- Fluency in English, spoken as well as written – additional languages at a professional business competency standard would be a distinct advantage
- A high degree of proactivity, self-motivation and the ability to meet rapidly changing deadlines
- A team player who enjoys sharing experience, mentoring and coaching others
- Skilled in all areas of MS Office
