Our client is seeking to recruit a Registered Nurse who will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering treatments, and ensuring the well-being of patients.

 

The incumbent will collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care while maintaining medical standards and ethical practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress.
  • Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
  • Assist with medical procedures and provide post-operative care.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  • Ensure proper wound care, dressing changes, and infection control.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
  • Support patients in ICU, ER, and post-operative recovery.
  • Monitor vital signs and detect early warning signs of deterioration.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and healthcare assistants.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.
Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • A valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing council.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
