Workshop Supervisor

Young and dynamic candidate with proven experience in similar job position.

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should range between 25yrs-35yrs
• 3-5 years of experience in similar position
• Degree Holder or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of Auto Moto Mecanic
• Proactive
• Computer Literate (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint)
• Proven experience in People Management
• Good communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Workshop Duties

• Co-ordinates all mechanical work at the Workshop in view of achieving optimal levels of productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the flow process.
• Supervises the workshop assistant
• Contacts and follows up with suppliers and clients with regards to claims on damaged or unsatisfactory products or on any queries or complaints.
• Coordinates incoming work with existing workload.
• Conducts all administrative duties attached to the job.
• Updates the Job in Progress Report on the designated systems and in a timely manner, ensuring that contained information is current and accurate at all times.
• Provides regular updates to Workshop Manager on work in progress.
• Prepares and submits reports to the Workshop Manager as and when required
