Talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design and able to produce beautiful, intuitive and functional designs.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and edit content of websites and design the webpage layout.
- Draw up detailed website specifications; designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs.
- Design the website's visual imagery and ensure it's in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client.
- Plan, create and code web pages, using both non-technical and technical skills to produce websites that fit the company's requirements.
- Determine technical requirements, update websites and create back up files.
- Draw up detailed website specifications; designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to team members and management.
- Promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Responsible for the maintenance of an existing site.
Candidate’s Profile
- A university degree in web design, multimedia, media arts or any other relevant qualifications
- At least 3 years proven work experience as a web designer
- Sound knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Basic Javascipt knowledge JQuery
- Knowledge of flash graphic information
- Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Up-to-date with latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Self motivated, committed, honest and trustworthy.
- Age: 25-35 years preferably.
