Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the banking sector, is looking for a Trust Relationship Manager.

 

Our client, in the banking sector, is looking for a Trust Relationship Manager.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist with the efficient and profitable administration of a number of trusts and companies allocated to the team. Specifically, responsible for the comprehensive administration of vehicles under their charge.

Main responsibilities:

  • Administers and takes responsibility for serving a mix of clients with limited guidance from the Team Leader.
  • Ensure adherence to the Administration Charter.
  • Prioritises and plans own workload seeking Team Leaders input for more complex cases.
  • With Team Leader acting as lead, can successfully hold and document client meetings.
  • Ensure all correspondence and other communication is attended to professional and promptly to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
  • Assist in developing the business of the company by identifying new business opportunities for the company and its sister companies and referring all potentials to the Team Leader.
  • Ability to identify potential issues and suggest solutions for remedy.
  • You will make known to the Team Leader and Managing Director all matters or potential matters involving litigation, claims, complaints and incidents.
  • Act as an authorised signatory.
  • Any other duties which may be required and agreed from time to time.
  • Build and maintain relationships across Wealth and Investment, regardless of geography.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of service to internal clients – high performance service culture.
  • Maintain an awareness of and comply with all Anti Money Laundering laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to the Bank.
  • Ensure adherence to all group standards / policies.
  • Act as part of the team and build effective relationships across Wealth and Investment in Mauritius and other jurisdictions.

Qualification:

  • Hold or studying towards a relevant professional qualification (for example ICSA, STEP Diploma)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
