Trust Manager

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the offshore sector, is looking for a Trust Manager.

Our client, in the offshore sector, is looking for a Trust Manager.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice on Trust structures setting up and ongoing management of Trust portfolio. 

Main Responsibilities 

•	Leading the development and marketing of new Trust products  
•	Deal with matters related to international tax issues that affect Trusts  
•	Manage operational risk, service level agreements and coordination of client deliverables  
•	Assist in the drafting of legal documents and the preparation and review of resolutions  
•	Assist with preparation and review of Trust accounts  
•	Complete annual reviews of established Trusts  

Qualification:

•	University Degree from a recognized University or equivalent 
•	At least 5 years of experience working in Trust environment 
•	STEP or ICSA qualified preferred  

Candidate profile:

•	Good understanding of relevant legal, regulations, investments and tax issues relating to Trust.
•	Team player 
•	Ability to work under high pressure in a dynamic business environment
