BlueSky is searching for two Travel Consultants for its operations at the Lounge in Bagatelle Mall -TC(BL)2017 and an implant at Ebene - TC(IM)2017.

Job Profile:

• Provide excellent customer service to BlueSky’s guest

• Sales driven and enjoys working towards set targets

• Display correct business phone etiquette

• Organize travel packages including tickets, accommodation, tours, transportation, travel insurance and visas

• Provide clients with relevant and useful information for their forthcoming travels/holidays

• Collect payments, issue receipts and balances

 Candidate profile and qualifications:

• Working experience in travel industry

• Degree in Hospitality or any relevant field

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ticketing operations

• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

• Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays,group/individual)

• Effective communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle crises

• Detail oriented

• Preference will be given to candidates with travel experiences
