RESPONSIBILITIES
•Participate in designing and implementing appropriate Learning & Development (L&D) programs
•Maintain (L&D) material to the highest standards
•Identify training and development opportunities for all staff levels
•Carry out induction program for all employees
•Make necessary arrangement so that all new employees attend the Induction program
•Ensure that evaluation of training is done to obtain employee’s feedback
•Prepare monthly training calendar and monthly training report
•Ensure proper follow up with HRDC for all training done
•Assist in E-Learning programs for employees
•Assist in the organisation of training courses and learning and development activities as and when required
•Maintain excellent relationship with Training institutions, Universities, Hotel Schools
•Assist in administrative duties pertaining to Training
•Conduct generic training
EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor Degree as a minimum qualification
•Experience in similar position preferably in the hotel sector
•Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
•Excellent communication and organization skills
