Your Role
You are contributing to the development our internal training offer in :
Updating the existing training modules and supporting tools (updates, translations in collaboration with the Translation & Proof Reading Centre)
Consulting experts in the field and undertaking benchmarking
Stating instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games)
Design and develop learning and practicing experiences
Your profile:
Bachelor Degree student with a major in Human Resources, who would like to be specialized in training.
Rigor, proactivity, heightened communication skills, curiosity, strong capacity for analysis and visual design skills are essential to succeed in this position.
Knowledge in Training, graphic design and digital tools would be an advantage
Mastering French and English is compulsory
