Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be trained to perform the following:
- Oversee the workflow of the shift and ensure that operations are carried-out productively and according to specifications.
- Take full responsibility of the quality, Production and products that are processed during the shift in line with the quality system, processes and procedures.
- To monitor, measure and report on production related process performance.
- Take full responsibility of personnel by coaching, counseling, conducting training and appraising their performance.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
Profile
- Young, between 22 - 30 years of age with strong leadership skills.
- Holder of Higher School Certificate with Science Subjects
- Experience in textile field and at the supervisory level will be an advantage.
- Sharp mind, quick learner with excellent communication skills.
- Hard work culture, self-disciplined and the ability to work to deadlines and cope with pressure
- Creative ability, and the energy and enthusiasm to deal with multi- dimensional teams.
- Willing to learn the technicalities of our products
