Nabridas Ltd, member of ENL Commercial is recruiting a Technician.
Main Responsibilties
- To install, repair, and provide outdoor preventive maintenance to swimming pool related equipement for the purpose of encuring swimming pool facilities are in proper working order.
- To report any equipement breakdown/defect to Sales Manager and advise corrective actions to be taken.
- To maintain an efficient tracking system of all paperwork.
- To handle all requests, claims and complaints; resolves issues in a quick, efficient, professional and timely manner.
- To follow and implement quality indicators as defined by Management so as an excellent service consistent with Nabridas' core service standard is provided.
Profile of candidate
- NTC 3 Electrical/Plumbin or equivalent qualification.
- Above 3 years work experience in a maintenance department.
- Knowledge of electronics would be a definite advantage.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Dynamic and Proactive.
- Focus and Customer-Service oriented with an efficient and business-like approach.
