Dry Mixed Products Ltd, part of UBP Group is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Representative who will report to the Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities
Sales
Actively promote and sell DMP products to existing and prospective clients
Develop effective proposals / quotations for existing and prospective clients and negotiate sales
Analyse DMP market potential and determine development opportunities for attracting/sourcing prospective customers to DMP
Ensure follow up of debtors
Reporting
Monitor sales, products and product prices of competitors
Ensure a proactive analysis and reporting on clients’ needs, interests, activities and problems to provide remedial solutions through marketing DMP products
Customer Service
Provide efficient assistance on all technical or non-technical queries from clients
Monitor sales
Participate in trade shows
Candidate profile
Diploma in Sales and/or Management or an equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Prior experience in construction industry is desirable
Holder of a valid driving license
Flexible, pro-active, team player and willing to work odd hours
