BIRMINGHAM.mu is currently recruiting an experienced Technical Sales Representative to develop in building relationships with key players and to help expand the business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Search for new clients and maximise client potential in designated regions & segments
Develop long-term relationships with key clients
Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and other marketing events
Make technical presentations
Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical staffs.
Help in the design of custom-made products
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High comfort level in meeting and hold business discussions with Architects/Interior Designers, and decision makers.
Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated self-starter who feels ownership for activities and results.
Quick and effective interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of an organization.
Understanding of customer service, problem-solving, salesmanship and communication skills; technical skills such as advanced knowledge of the products being sold and ability to assist customers with any technical problems
