Assist Operations Manager in Floor / Operations management People management, foster people development.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Encourage staff personal development.

Look at staff welfare, work with efficient and optimize work force.

Deal with conflict management, conduct and attitude issues.

Conduct staff performance.

Ensure weekly and monthly business reporting.

Follow Customer Satisfaction Index and come up with improvement plan where required.

Be able to extract operational figures and follow daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.

Staff roster and transport planning ensure leave management and have the optimized resources on floor as per business constraints


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Degree in Information’s Technology,/ Telecommunications / Electronics/or any other relevant

5 yrs. in the Telecommunications field with experience of people management would be preferable

Ability to work on 24/7 Shift System

Similar Experience would be a plus

Sound knowledge of  Networking

Previous experience in Customer facing

Good Written and Spoken French & English

Good Communication Skills

Autonomous
