LUX* Resorts & Hotels is hiring for the position of SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR based at its Corporate Office at Floréal, Mauritius.
The Systems Administrator will be responsible to:
- Execute all distribution-related tasks to the highest standards.
- Liaise with service providers regarding any distribution systems queries and issues.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient administration and maintenance of the distribution systems across the Group.
- Set up and ensure that all promotional codes are working.
- Monitor the inventory of all LUX* Resorts & Hotels properties on the Opera Reservations System.
- Participate in the supervision of the online ranking of all the resorts.
The Systems Administrator will report to the Head of Global Revenue Management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
- Tertiary education at Degree Level in Tourism Management and/or Business Management from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.

PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent command of Distribution Systems Management in the hospitality industry.
- Effective commercial relationship with suppliers and/or service providers would be a definite advantage.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Well versed with distribution development and trends.
- Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge in Opera Property Management and Reservations System (PMS & ORS).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French languages.
- Clean certificate of character is a must.
