Sushi Attendant - Ocean Basket Phoenix (ENL Lifestyle)

Ocean Basket restaurant, a subsidiary of ENL Lifestyle, situated at Phoenix Mall, is recruiting a full time Sushi Attendant. Living in the Plaine Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.

Responsabilities:

• Adhere to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in work environment.
• Effect mise-en-place and food preparation and cooking as per the menu and to the company standards. 
• Ensure food quality and consistency at all times.
• Prepare food, garnishes and salads pertaining to the sushi section of Ocean Basket restaurant. 
   

Qualifications, Profile and Experience:

• Minimum SC/HSC/BAC academic qualification. 
• Work experience in the hospitality sector in a similar position would be an advantage. 
• Dynamic, motivated with good administration skills, coupled with a high level of integrity.
• Organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. 
• Able to work on a shift system, on irregular hours, on Weekends and Public Holidays. 
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
