Supervisor Customer Accounts

Cim Finance Ltd is looking for a Supervisor Customer Accounts.

Job Purpose

• Daily Monitoring of clerks performance in achieving company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematic and regular follow up of clerks collection rate
• Detect and address all barriers to effective arrears collection
• Ascertain customer query/service is being attended by clerks
• Retrieval of collection reports
• Organise and act as contact person for attorney and seizure attempts
