Receive and issue materials and finished goods as authorised; Keep records of stock movement and submit daily/monthly reports;

3. Effect regular stock taking as required;
4. Effect daily physical counts on sales trucks to ensure loading has been done correctly and to report any discrepancy to Management;
5. Control daily delivery of products to Salesmen as per procedures;
6. Ensure designated storage locations are tidy;
7. Plan and organise space required for finished goods returned from sales trucks;
8. Specify to fork-lift drivers (or other agents) as to the location of where goods are to be stored, transferred and issued.
9. Monitor and Control the execution of storage, transfers and issues by the fork-lift drivers.
10. Verify trucks returns for fulls and empties to ensure there is no broken foreign and dirty bottler return.
11. Ensure that the returns of finished goods, empties and containers are same as per system before signing the form.
