Our client is seeking to recruit a Stock Controller. The Stock Controller's role is to stock inventory and monitor all stock in the Main Warehouse. A key aspect of the role is maintaining the stock levels within the standards set by the business.

Responsibilities
Processes the inventory requests and maintains physical inventories;
Provides support to sites and communicates with Finance to gather and submit information;
Utilizes electronic systems to monitor inventory levels, complete financial related transactions, and record movement;
Maintains accurate records, completes reports and compiles product information;
Transfers, tags inventory items;
Perform Administrative work;
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate for planning of purchase and construction activities;
Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts and reconciles if actual counts reports;
Preparation of daily inventory sheets in all location every end of month;
Avoid products shortage;
Maintain harmonious working relationship with Suppliers/Vendors within the buying parameters set by the business;
Comply with the required housekeeping standards.
Profile
Minimum School Certificate;
At least 2 years’ experience in similar position;
A qualification related to Stock Control / Supply Chain Management is highly desirable;
Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial;
Process and Detailed Oriented;
Keen to continuously learn, develop and improve professionally and personally;
Be able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure;
Previous experience with an ERP system would be advantageous;
Reliability and ability to meet deadline;
Good communication skills.
