Sportsbook Coordinator – Full-Time

Mauricall International Ltd is looking for a hard working, mature and reliable Sportsbook Coordinator to manage the day-to-day Sportsbook customer care activities on our international platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage day-to-day customer care activities by dealing with our International Sportsbook clients via INBOUND communications (chat and e-mail);
• To investigate and resolve customer queries, incorrect sport result grading’s, deposit and withdrawal queries and other related issues;
• To communicate with our Sportsbook Managers, developers, sports betting line feed providers as and when required;

This position requires a candidate that has the ability to analyse situations in order to identify problems, the causes thereof and to apply effective solutions. It requires an analytical thinker that has excellent problem solving and investigative skills with the ability to communicate and escalate efficiently.

ALL YOU’LL NEED IS:

• An HSC or equivalent qualification/experience;
• To be hard working, mature and reliable;
• To have the ability to learn fast and retain information;
• To be excellent in English, both verbal and written and to have outstanding communication skills;
• To be willing to work ODD HOURS on a shift based system over a 5 day week. This may include scheduling over weekends and public holidays;
• To be computer literate, with excellent keyboard proficiency;
• To be available for immediate employment;
• To reside within the Plaines Wilhems region;

Having a passion for sports, football in particular, with knowledge players, teams and leagues will be advantageous;
