This position involves supporting all activities related to Human Capital Management from hire to retire for the VWR Global Business Center. Looking for candidates with HR Business Partner Experience in ICT/BPO Industry, flexible to shifts.

 

·         To manage the recruitment process, including the identification of resource requirement, advertisements, interviewing and hiring in conjunction with maintaining the relationship with recruitment agencies;

·         To deliver and maintain an effective induction procedure as well as a pre-departure procedure;

·         Take responsibility for training, performance and talent management as well as career development;

·         Participating in company-wide human resources initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and global projects, processes and policies.

·         Ensure that accurate and timely records of benefit plans, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, separations, and employee statistics for government and internal reporting are maintained;

·         Ensure consistency in all HR policies, procedures and practices;

·         Ensures that the HR function co-ordinates appropriately with Finance and Payroll functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance;

·         Ensure that employee exit interviews are conducted and that data gathered is analyzed and fed back to the operations team;

·         Work with the business teams to develop hiring plans and ensure that staffing targets are achieved.
