Job Purpose
The job incumbent will have to deal with the ordering and the monitoring of spare parts for the Service Centre.
Main Responsibilities
- To carry out the daily ordering of spare parts as per requirements and established procedures
- To ensure availability of parts for repairs at all times
- To liaise with foreign suppliers on parts availability and price
- To ensure timely reception of spare parts ordered
- To ensure prompt costing of spare parts received
- To carry out the prompt return of both used and unused spare parts to suppliers
- To ensure the close monitoring of payment to suppliers
Profile
- HSC
- Certificate in Purchasing and Supply
- At least 2 years’ working experience in similar position
- Team player
- IT literate and proficient with MS Office applications
