Spa Manager

MyJob.mu is looking for one of his client a Spa Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team; In charge of running the Spa, its profitability, customer satisfaction and the skills of your team members
• Manage the Spa as a profit Center
• Promoto and sell the Spa as a Luxury Destination
• Monitor the accounts, finances and customer statistics
• In charge of the treatment schedule
• Ensure that treatment protocols are respected and that treatments are handled correctly
• In charge to renew the Spa Menu
• Ensure that the maintenance of Spa equipment is done correctly and that the Spa is kept in good and hygienic conditions
