- Actively participates in the provision of excellent service to guests.
- Makes every client who enters the Spa feel welcomed and at ease.
- Actively promotes and carry out Spa visits followed by a guest consultation.
- Maintains a high profile with guests, advises customers on the various and appropriate Spa tariff and treatment program.
- Maximises bookings, while ensuring each guest receives the highest standard of care and attention at all times, and encouraging them to return.
- Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Regularly updates guest history and guest profile records.
- Handles customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction and/or referral to the Lead Spa coordinator.
