RESPONSIBILITIES
To be responsible for the overall cleanliness and repair of all spa zones and to ensure maximum efficiency, sanitation and safety, and uncompromised attention to guest service.
GENERIC ACTIVITIES
• Actively participates in the provision of excellent service to guests.
• Performs and ensures that the facility is in peak condition at all times (Operations and Cleanliness).
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service are always the Spa’s first priority.
• Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Handles customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction and/or referral to the Spa Manager.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Secondary School Certificate (SC).
1 year working experience as Spa attendant or in Housekeeping
