Sommelier & Spirits Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise, sell and promote Wine & Spirits in our shops
Provide excellent customer service
Increase sales through dynamic selling approach
Manage stocks rotation and stock on hand through regular counts
Develop animation and Follow up on sales promotions
Advise management of all customer feedback
Make the sales outlet look attractive and pleasant
Follow up on VIP clients and handle administrative tasks

EXPERIENCE
Relevant training or experience in sales
Knowledge in wines and spirits
Fluency in French & English
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
A Team Spirits player with a charismatic personality
